Light a Candle
Harriet Thompson Fuller Gilbert passed peacefully on August 6, 2012 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the dedicated wife of the late Walter Joseph Gilbert Jr.
Harriet is survived by her sister Jane Mason Fuller of Lenox, MA, her daughter Susan Gilbert Pearson, Son in law Robert Leo Pearson, and three devoted grandchildren, Kayla, Robert Jr., and Christopher.
Harriet was born in Pawtucket, RI, and lived in Seekonk, MA for the majority of her life. She graduated from East Providence High School and Bridgewater State Teacher's College. She was a second grade school teacher in Seekonk, MA.
She was a member of the Seekonk Congregational Church where she was actively involved with Earnest Workers.
Harriet dedicated her life to sharing her love with everyone she met through baking, cooking, music, dancing, singing, storytelling, laughter and hugs.
